Returns & Exchanges

All prints and original sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

However, if a print or merchandise order arrives damaged or defective in any way, I ask that you contact me within 1 week of the order's arrival and provide photos of the damage.  I will send you a replacement, however, the customer will be required to cover the shipping and handling cost. 

In the case of original artwork arriving damaged, please contact me immediately.

 All US orders include tracking. 

Shipping

With every purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail outlining your order. 

Due to my full time admin job, I ship items once a week on Saturday mornings, thank you for your understanding. All items will be professionally packaged to insure safe arrival. All US orders will include tracking. Original art purchased will be insured for the full value. 

All items are shipped via USPS priority mail.

International Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?  YES!

Some countries outside of the USA charge VAT tax or duties on incoming packages.  International customers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes and Additional Fees levied by their country.

Are You Available for Commissions?

Of course! Please contact me with your ideas.  Please note, I only accept work which I feel will fit my style and interests. Commission slot availability does vary depending on my schedule.  I reserve the right to decline your commission proposals.
